Originally from Park Rapids, Minnesota, I graduated from Concordia College - Moorhead with a B.S. degree in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science. I joined Ernst & Young in Minneapolis right out of college where I focused primarily on retail and emerging business clients.
After spending 10 years with Ernst & Young, I held CFO roles and other senior-level financial positions with AlliantTech Systems, Great Clips Regional Companies, Video Update, and Wilsons Leather. Prior to my most recent position with David Abramson & Associates, I was Director of Client Service in the Accounting and Finance Division of Resources Global Professionals where I developed business relationships and recruited contract professionals. My current role at Certes allows me to help individuals maximize their professional potential while achieving a balanced life.

My three yellow labs Ruger, Gunner, and Hunter (all of which are under two years old) take up most of my free time. We love spending weekends at our cabin in Ottertail and hunting in the fall. Most days are spent launching off the dock, playing ball, or just napping in the sun after a hard day of play at the lake. The few minutes I get to myself, I enjoy skiing (both downhill and water), golfing, pheasant and deer hunting, just being outside, and spending time with family and friends.
