I grew up in Dubuque, Iowa, and graduated from Clarke College with a B.A. degree in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Information Systems. Prior to and during my college years, I was the Service Manager at Leath Furniture. I never planned to stay in Dubuque my entire life and moved to Minnesota in February 2005. I started working at Certes shortly thereafter. Believe it or not, I came in as a contractor myself. I was originally hired on a temporary basis as the front desk receptionist. I immediately knew that Certes was the environment for me. I am constantly challenged, the staff is fantastic, and I can hear laughter up and down the hallways on a daily basis. So when they offered me a promotion and asked me to join Certes on a permanent basis, I jumped at the opportunity.

My free time is spent with family and friends. I enjoy walks with my puppy Kasper, reading, movies, camping, a good bottle of wine, rollerblading, and relaxing under the stars.
